Hi all,
It's been awhile since I last spoke here in ForexTSD, but I need support/guidance a proper menthor to help me reach my goal and make things real.
I want to make an EA in MT5, but there are questions I can't find the answers yet and things I can't do aswell, despite having over 8 years of experience in forex, I'm not an expert in coding in anyway.
Now moving on to my project, what I want to make real is to make an MT5 EA based on 1 moving average, period 89 (EMA) plus 20/-20 channel, but only to open the buy and sell trades on each line just once per crossover, allow me to demonstrate in the following screenshots.
I've followed several tutorials around the internet like these:

But these 3 tutorials are not what I am looking for, I even done already 1 ea but it's so simple that even in the code if I change the TP or SL, in the backtester it doesn't change. And it's constantly opening positions instead only on the crossovers. Hope somebody can assist me in this matter and help me, since I can't find anything that gives me the right support or guidance unfortunately... But I'm going to keep on trying until I make my vision real.
