Every extrapolation (like any indicator "predicting the future") is a subject to change. There is no extrapolation method in the universe that will not do that and it is not real to await from extrapolation not to change "prediction" as the inputs (new data) change. If there was an extrapolation that did not change like that, all the probabilities theories would be rendered obsolete (among other things) and we all would be zillionaires.

So, it is a normal extrapolation way of working, not a repainting. Repainting is something else

Every forecasting indicator "repaints". Otherwise we would know the future and, as some say, only gods know the future
