Looking for moving averages in separate window with fixed minimum (0) & maximum value (100) that looks like RSI or Stochastic by not using previous or first indicator value.

Try testing it on 1 minute chart - you should be able to check it within minutes

Anyway, since it is placing "signals" in the past, and since it does not bother to clean the buffers, even without testing, from the code alone, it is obvious that the coding errors and setting past values are causing repainting in that indicator

attached indicator repaints but now check fix bug by coder and claims its not repaint can you please check any possible error or any correction please fix.

The "coder" that made that was fooling people for years and years.

He has no idea what repainting is - check this thread (the whole thread is about his "non-repainting" bs) : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/179290 . Shortest advice : forget about anything that "coder" tells since it is in a field of wish lists not in a filed of coding. Nothing to fix in that thing. Forget about it
