Commentary on H8..............

First thing to notice is that the price is making its 3rd attempt in breaking the previous High.

Secondly, the RSi-2 is showing divergence and I am the very first to admit that divergence does NOT always work, but in this case, the H1-chart was totally overheated (see underneath here) and the entry was at the close of the 07h00 candle (of the H1-chart that is) and therefore a price around 1.9840 (which was my entry).

Next commentary on the following post which will be the M5-entry.

M5 entry this morning.............

Now this is the difficult one for those who do not follow my way of analysis, the reason being that the very first M5-candle overheated the CCi-5 and then the next, before the retrace and then the next candle @ 08h15 is the entry for you @ 1.9804 (some 36 pips later )

Had you done your analysis as per my trading method and as per the above 2 Posts, the entry was on the close of the 07h55 candle @ 9840 for +65 pips at least.

However, having said that, had you entered @ 08h15, you could still have made yourself ア30 pips, not bad for 30m in the trade. (BTW, you should still be in this trade if you are following the rules).

I post here the screen-print PLUS a gift from CJA who changed his incredible CCi-Candles indicator so that it suits my style of interpretation of the CCi. Thank you so much CJA, I appreciate your time and expertise.

As per CJA's request, I am posting the EX4-file only as I respect his wishes.

You can move the CCi-numbers that runs with the candle, either sideways or up and down so that it does not interfere with your clock reading.

Best wishes.

M5 update...

As I mentioned in my previous post, you should still have been in this short. At an entry of 1.9840 (+107) and @ 1.9804 (+71).

This morning's entry..................

What I have been concerned about is the fact that I am driving this Thread and that is the last thing I want to do. It may seem as if I am on an ego trip, which I am not, but if nobody trades this Method, why should I continue to post?

Anyway, here is this morning's entry @ 07h40 and if you started @ 08h00, it was equaly good, in which case I would have waited for the breaking of the Pivot @ 1.9767 in my case (Magenta coloured horizontal dotted line).

The "DOTS-indicator" is unfortunately still not forth coming. Mladen is too busy to help out, but I am managing pretty well without it. The Arrows you see is the cross-over of the price and the 15-EMA and I have attached a voice to mine. If you want it, please ask for it.

Exit was an interesting one this morning @ 10h00 candle. The reason being that the H1-Rsi-set-up as marked, showed that a retrace was imminent.

Also, if you have not done it yet, please change the 28-EMA to 34 with immediate effect (far better signals).

Wishing you a pleasant trading day.

H4 this morning............

I want you to understand how important the H4-chart is in terms of direction and not make the same mistake as I have made for the 3rd time (and hopefully also the LAST time) this morning.

At the close of the previous H4-candle @ 08h00 this morning, you find (understandably because of low volumes since midnight) a small Green candle that closed BELOW the 8-EMA, BUT above the Daily-Pivot (solid Magenta line); but more importantly, the RSi-set-up was crossed over for the Long!!

What caught me (for the 3rd time )was that the CCi-5 was already sitting >150% (Max being 166.667%) and so I expected a retrace in spite of the fact that the Bar contains 4 HOURS!!

Having said all that, the M5 entry chart, showed that the RSi-2 was only @ 61,08% and therefore no reason for concern. I learnt the lesson well this morning and it certainly has added valuable knowledge to my database. Trust you will have this engrained into your brain as well (for those still trading with me, that is).

Oh by the way, please ignore the ATR reading. That is the stop calculated for some of my friends who ask me for a recommended stop as they trade the H4.

Hi ValeoFX. Thanks for the continued updates, there are plenty of examples now which is exactly what was requested and these can continue with gratitude of all of us. You are being very generous here.

If I had a request it would be to ask you to go through exactly what you see, feel and hear internally that gives you such conviction when you trade. It seems you have a very clear idea of where the market is headed from your charts.

Another top down analysis from the weekly down to the hourly tomorrow with everything you are seeing on your charts, how you feel about that and what the market is telling you on the inside would be invaluable to me who is faithfully attempting to "model" your strategy by following this thread. I know I'm asking a lot of labour (or should I say LIBOR) but it would be amazingly helpful to really be able to elicit the thinking process you are going through in order to be successful with this strategy, not just for me, but for everyone.

Some questions you may want to consider:

What do you believe about the market right now? What do you believe about yourself in terms of ability to make a lot of pips? What would we need to believe in order to make a lot of pips from this strategy? What about the market makes you feel the way you currently do? What does your intuition/unconscious/mind/market tell you about the trading opportunities today? What are you looking for to signal your trade today? What do you see in the indicators, how do you feel about each one and what do you tell yourself about what you see?

Just a few ideas. I hope you accept the further probing.

As for me, I have gone back to adding some indicators that were getting very dusty in the folder. One's I never used to like, but do serve a purpose now. The ones I'm talking about are the FXTrend indicator and the Forex Freedom bars. I also have a second dedicated chart with the complete XO Method (+ Volumes w/ 13EMA + Sidewinder + Chopzone). I am using an indicator called Standard Deviation channels on the H1 chart as well.

Suk's request............

Hi Suk, for me to do all of what you asked for here, is impossible as it means me getting here at least 90m before Europe opens as I have to read and record each TF. But what I am prepared to do, is to attempt that tomorrow night after trades and discuss each TF as I look at them every day.

I will attempt to answer most of your questions in the process. All you need to do is to follow the same procedure every morning at least 30m prior to Europe opening.

Best wishes.

Hi ValeoFX, that is great great of you, ValeoFX. I found the commentaries extremely helpful so far and in the past week have ALMOST (dare I say) increased my account by 50% - and I've made hardly any pips either. I hope I'm not tempting fate by saying the above. At the same time, I'm hungry to get more stable and consistent results to the point where I can launch my friends/family/investor account with integrity and pride.

I noticed the RSI 2 bounce of the RSI 4 on the H1 chart and took a long at 1.9720 (below the moving averages, but two or three closes above EMA 8 with CCI crossed, XO up, ASC_Trend and importantly for me the H1 RSI 2 bounce of 4. It's gone more than 50 pips now, but I had to exited very prematurely because I felt the EMA60 was holding too strongly and suddenly felt price could go either way here - fear. In other words my emotions on one hand got better of me. But I did exit at profit. The fact I'm currently leaving many many pips on the table with this system right now (I feel) is actually quite a good and promising thing because I am able to improve on the performance the more time spent in front of chart. So I'm very grateful for the opportunity. This reason is also why I'm continuing to ask questions and request further help such as in the above post, because I'm probably not alone.

How about a picture, Suk? Makes life a lot easier
