There is a problem with what you ask. 1) You need to add a sleep mode to your ea. 2) Before the sleep mode starts, programming much like the script 'close all open and pending orders' need to occur.
No. 2 closes everything; no. 1 blocks the ea and at a given end time from processing and unlocks the block at a given start time. This will take a bit of programming to add to your ea. A seperate ea will not be able to stop the processing of your ea.
