I have found these links on a russian forum, and i guess it could be very useful for the members interested by the NN approach...

There are around 300 mb of various programs : NN modules, NN codes for programmers ( VB, C++ , VBA ) , Excel modules, etc....

Lots of possibilities of course.

Where? I looked through every entry in the RAR file and each one is password protected. Perhaps you can be more specific?

There's a file called 'RAR password.txt', but it's also password protected...

Bit of a conundrum, yes?
