Trading is a hard work. They are selling. Do not forget that, please.

Hi ,thx guys for the input it is real nice to see some one can have a report card sogood in 4 mo time 5k to 50k , I wisses all guys and gals can start their acct 5k or 50k as a newbee, and buy 2k indi ,so they dont have to shout help-help margincall . I did known some one (a member of tsd ) some where here start from $300 to $100k in 6mo time and The person start from total newbe .and he didnt sell his indi a penny , just diys.cheers

Why one would sell something if he can earn money with it?

Because they blow out their account. These kind of stuff have to be taken with a grain of salt. Just like people that say they can make you 160% profits everyday. If I make that much money I won't be talking to you guys or designing a website to sell my product. I buy myself an Island and swim in my money with lovely ladies of course.

It would be great if someone could replicate his indicator, (WHICH ARE THE BEST I'VE SEEN) for Metatrader.

He does sell his indicators for whoopping 2K but it's for Tradestation.

The indicators are:

Squeeze Indicator (compile Kernel and Bollinger) the best!
TTM Trend Indicator (very good indeed).

This thread is interesting. Not only becoz John has turned 5k into 40k in 4 months time.
I have gine thru his video presentation a couple of times and I think he is very successful not becoz of his indicators but becoz of his trading plan . He plans every trade and trades every plan, keeps a traders log to identify his bad trades.

What I have learnt most from the video is that a trading plan is necessary and managing the trades. I wouldnt really use his kinda leverage tho.

Thanks for the webinar anyway. BTW I was trying to take a trade as per his trading system yesterday on the cable and got a good entry. Soon enough it was up about 65pips. I will exit on 4 hr chart and hopefully cash in more pips. We will see.
Sometimes he uses one timeframe for entry /exit and sometimes he enters on lower time frame and exits on higher time frame. I think the latter will give more chance of a bigger move.

If the guy could make money consistently he would not have all the trouble to go and sell his indicators and turn into yet another trading guru writing books, giving webinars, etc.

Just read one of the good old trading books (Mark Douglas, Alexander Elder, Jesse Livermore) and you will not need to spend $ paying attention to anything else

The rest of the job is up to you and believe me, it's lots of hard work

Of course I agree, but nevertheless what he is doing is great. That I say is becoz if he can really convert his 5k to 40k, no matter what, he is in the 10% elite traders. What he has got to say maybe of use to me.
Yea, all the books are available and for free. Including the indicators he is trying to sell.. LOL. That has not made any great difference to my trading though. I am looking for something to learn all the time and improve.Maybe I can learn something from him.

You mentioned Dr.Elder, Mark douglas... arent they doing the same thing? Selling to other people? No different from him.

Nothing in trading is for free,, except ofcourse if you are a member in these kinds of forums.
