I could not agree more on Heiken Ashi Candles. Gives a nice visual for those who have difficulty with candle stick patterns or price action OHLC bars. The Nonlag zig zag and pointer is perfect for giving a heads up for overbought over sold. HA candles will tell you when to get in.

Just downloaded the EA and I used it on the 1hr and 4hr timeframes just long enough to test it and it seems to be working correctly.

After I am able to give it a real test I will post my results.

Could you expand a bit on your entry strategy? I'm currently testing the BouncingPip EA on 1H charts with entry on the 3rd bar after the ZigZags indicate an entry signal and remain without repainting.

On the chart below you can see where the ZigZags indicated SHORT entry points (A,B,C,D) and where the EA placed SHORT traders (1,2,3,4). I've also applied the HA indicator to the chart.



Would you take any of these trades? When exactly would you enter?



Would this be your ideal setup? Entry when ZigZags and HA agree and exit when HA reverses?

BTW: Anybody tried tweaking the parameters of the 2 ZigZag indicators instead of using the defaults?

I just wanna to share with zig zaggy/zig zag correct indi that was attached by hexadecimal is also repaint even in TF 15min. I was tried this indi on G/J pair chart. Yes you're true when you said that indi didn't repaint itself when you was doing backtest. I already done backtest also this indi really not repaint especially on TF15min. But when in real trade this indi not as per backtest and hasn't perform well because it repaint itself. Just from my experience when using this indi.

why 15m tf does not show repaints when backtest ..
all zigzag repaints the current leg they have to do this for price follow if not it wouldn't be a zigzag

Yes, you're right. But how can we confirm that the zigzag leg is absolutely the last leg and price really will reverse without repaint back that last leg. Anyone have the idea or may be must add some indi tu filter that confirmation. That is the weakness of using zigzag.
