But I've got a question for you: which instrument do you use?
I mean my broker suggests so many "GOLDs" to trade ( ZG(ecbot stock exchange) GC(comex stock exchange) GCQ8, GCV8, ZGQ8, etc.) and I'm a little bit disoriented.

Last trade went south but today is a good one. Got in at around 8, so I should make the time period within the hour of 8 - 9am but it is safer to get in at 9am. Got in at 875.70 and 876.20 with .2 and .1 lots respectively. Made $421 so it was a good day.
This is my performance so far for june. I have made some mistakes by being stubborn and not sticking to the system. Discipline is my problem when it comes to this. All Together it is $421.
