I use Sto_MaRsi_crossDir_Sig_sw.mq4 with filter of EMA24(high & Low)

It works good

don't see why not - everybody uses sto and/or rsi one way or another
if combined in the system - PA, etc. confirmation, SR, divers, what Feru been using -
- looks good to me ...
