What does the above mean in regards to FOREX and how do I implement it in a spreadbet situation.

Any other information about this? Trailing stop loss is simply moving stop loss, it will move your stop depends on your setting when the price move on your direction. So "Use 50 Ema For Trailing Stop " is simply move your stop loss according to 50 ema's value.
