Develpoing of a System

Hi people!

I'm about to develop a TA-system for GBP/USD, USD/CHF and EUR/USD (mainly anyway. Perheps will it work on other pairs to. Future will tell...).

But i'm stuck... there is one more indicator that i need to be able to countinue this developing.

Some kind of indicator to show Momentum/volym/volality. For now i use the Juice-indicator at the settings 7, 0.0006 at a 1 hour chart but i don't feel comfortably with it.

What favorit do you people have to show this? And how do you use it?

I have tested the ADX also, and i feel more comfortably with that one... but not 100%.
Maby some combination of the two...? i don't know... i'm so stuck...

I Hope someone can help me out...

Of course i will post my strategy as soon as it is finished, becktested and livetested.

Thank you for your advice but i don't really like breakoutsystem. I like crossover systems and that is also what i trying to develop.

I don't want to use anybody else system/strategy. I haveing difficulties to stick to the rules of others system. When i use system of my own i stick to the rules extremly. Almost like i am a slave to my rules and that is how i would like to trade.

So.... i don't know if my english is bad or something... in that case i'm appoligize.
But what i'm looking for is a indicator that can help me to determine if the market is volality/having momentum/having volyme. This because i would like to reduce the risk of taking a position in a sideway market.

I'm not looking for any one else system. The system can be the best out there. The holy grail etc etc etc... but i'm not intressted in that. I want to build my own system so i can stick to the rules.

I hope this clear thing up a little bit.... and once again. If my english was/is bad i do appoligize for that.
