MT4 Timeline Problem

I have just recently begun using MT4 and getting the screen/setups organized. I want the charts to use Pacific timeline. Currently it shows a European timeframe (something like GMT+2hrs). How can I change that to use my local timeframe??

How do I do that.

Help appreciated.

I think the time is tied to the broker. I don't believe it can be changed.
