If i don't get 10% back on the first month, what is the point to have second month free signals when they are not good as you promise?
If you want to sell something, give your signals free of charge for the first month to prove what you are saying and then if signals are good as you promise then you charge for your service.

You are going to sue him? Come on, you don't have the money to hire a lawyer to do that, if you did, you wouldn't be posting here. My brother is a lawyer, so if you would like to talk about the odds of you winning that case, let me know. The only way you can sue him is if you don't make your 10% and he refuses to give you the next month free, that was the only claim he made. Just a little more info for you.........tracing IP's is pointless, anyone with any computer knowledge can get any IP they want. Same with MAC addresses, easily spoofed. Like I said, I agree with you, this guy is more than likely full of it. On the other hand I will not stand for you making threats against any member here.

Actually, you're quite wrong on many parts. Reporting him to a regulatory commission would get him in trouble based on gauranteed regarding a financial instrument.
Secondly - anyone smarter than you knows that once an IP is traced, its simply a matter of finding the ISP backbone in which will provide you with an account number. Such a search an be done under the legal obligation of the ISP. Spoofing only works to a certain degree, and do you honestly think that AutoFX has spoofed his ip? Nonetheless spoofing only sends a false ip, it doesn't erase the computers history and or ISP history of his connections and or packets. Secondly on the point of spoofing, the only way spoofing actually hides the information from your ISP is if your rebound your direct internet conneciton off a router to someone else. So before you start talking like an IT Support Manager, why don't you learn some more things about IP's that everyone ELSE doesn't know.
