No, the EA is not using any recursive calls, it's using only basic mathematic tracing the history, without using any recursive functions, this quite new that the EA is eating to much memory, because i didn't call any BIG memory allocations at all..
But it did make calculations on EVERY ticks, my computer is Pentium II 400 with memory 64MB Pc 133 operating system windows XP Home Edition, i didn't suffer any 'lagging' to browse with opera, and runing YM..yes, i'm affraid the EA did consume a lot of processing power to the CPU..

The EA may open manny trades on the same candle as long as it choose that the position should generates profit, i did not limit the EA to open trades on the same candle.. Thanks for the observation thus far, much appreciate it, i really do

Wow, Yohan, your pc with 64MB RAM and WinXP real working? Wonderfull.
I thing 256MB ram for xp is real minimum. 512MB is ideal min. You need new PC.

yes, althought id didn't lagg on the apps, it'll frezee for about 40 - 80 secs for switching one apps to another.. i'm considering Upgrades very much..i've found one though.. $110 for Duron 950Mhz, 256MB, GF MXII 32MB + CRT, i think it's a good deal
Thank you for the PM's but i would rather to answer here at the thread if you don't mind, but if you are really going to use the EA on your live account, please take a note that there is NO EA WILL GUARANTEE future performance, i've forward test the EA since 6th August 2007
As you may notice on the trades history of the demo account, the EA should also gives a large drawdowns (arround 50% to 60%), so i would recommend to use the EA at a micro account as i stated the three brokers i recommend on post #1
have been using the EA on
15M TF : EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, and NZDUSD
5M TF : EURJPY and GBPJPY
All with the same defaults settings :
TP : Your take profit value;
SL : Your stop loss value;
slip : price request slippage;
TrailingStop : the name speaks for it self ;
Lots : your trade volume please be noted that if you turn on automated money management, this value will be disregarded
TimeToStartTrade : the broker server time that the EA should start to take actions (BUYING||SELLING) i recommend to set the value at LONDON OPEN;
MaxTrades : Maximum number of trades for one pair;
ProtectProfit : (i recommend 400) When the cumulative pip profit on the running trades has exceeds or equals to the ProtectProfit, the EA will close all trades and will not take any trades before a new day open;
Method1 : togling the "agresive" mode;
Method2 : togling the "learner" mode;
AutomatedStart : this will let the EA to start trade at each and every new trading day;
AutomatedMM : the EA will increase the LotSize to be traded as your balance grows

Here is something you should take a look. And good luck if you decided to move forward with it. I'm not accusing the author of this EA, because he did show generousity. A very nice EA, and need a lot of tune up and improvement. After forward testing this system for a month, I've decided to stop.

i thought when the demo account drop, the thread are going to end, but here i'm again still trying to find the best setup for the cubei-method..
after all af those searching and searching, i find that much of the EA that is claimed to be profitable would apply martingales in some way or another..
i do love martingale type of trading, and i do code some EA based on martingale system..but yet, the martingale system is yet powerfull and also frightening..
still on testing the Cubei-Method with the following input now:
for all pairs (GBPUSD, USDJPY, EURUSD, NZDUSD, AUDUSD, USDCHF, EURJPY, GBPJPY)
TP=90; SL=110; and ProtectProfit=150
The rest of the setting and also Time Frames are still on the same settings as the first post
i start o use the TotaleaCompuondEA on a real account.
After they do 5 or 6 trades it apears amsg "Could not trade on this acount" in oter chart i use the V.2.0 and the msg is like the same.
I already press the key F3 and set the global "No trade" to 0(zero);
I already run the script "Please Trade";
I already remove and add again the EA;
I already close and open the station
