Need Alarm for Test Indicator

I know how to do alarms for EA's, but not for indicators. Could you please look at this indicator and create a visual and audible alert to buy or sell when the color of the line changes. This indicator reads the results from another indicator, so I have included both with this post.

This is so frustrating! I send my blessing of prosperity to you and give many thanks in advance for being so kind as to solve this alarm issue in this test indicator.
