An expert based on points pivots ?

Hi,

I seek an expert based on the points pivots. I would like to code a rather simple system of trading on the points pivots (for example purchase has R1+7pips with TakeProfit has R2-7pips and sale has S1-7pips with TakeProfit has S2+7pips..etc) but I would need to start from an existing expert if not I am not able to code.

this advisor is available on tradestation,but unfortunately is not working.

i backtested it .

I search an EA more simple.
Just open long position when "Ask" crosses the Resistance1 where the Take Profit is Resistance2 and StopLoss is PivotPoint.
Or open short position when "Bid" crosses the Support1 where the Take Profit is Support2 ans StopLoss is PivotPoint.

I don't know if that exist...
