It was rather fast though still panning not to move my sl if you have noticed i am still in with 1 lot

it started moving again the same direction.. i might not get into this anymore noticing that i could have taken some pips (20) before it took out my sl. I guess i need to re-define some things here.

Just to keep the running total for the week
USDJPY -16
USDCAD -12
USDCAD +13 ( no comments )
GBPUSD -22 ( well...)

-37 pips. Current..
