Yes I understand that but the problem is the platform will not make any trades unless mm=1.

I would like to only trade .01 lots but I can't because it forces me to use moneymanagement.

Thanks,

Alright, that could be caused by your account precision limitted you to open trade from atleast 0.10 and above. The smallest decimal place is 1 for your broker. I think this is the only reason. May be try to change your MM=0 and Lots=0.10, see whether it works. Worst comes, close the chart, reload the EA again.

David

Hi Need2bFree,
If I'm right you use IBFX. Use MM and play with your risk factor. If you've got a mini account and your balance is let's say $ 1000, change your risk to 0.1. In that case you will start with 0.01 lots for a while.

nohills

Ok, I tried that and it still opened a .5 first trade lot.
I want to only open .01 static lots for now and I can not seem to get this thing to comply. I'm trying it with risk set at 0.01 and see if that helps.

I'm posting my set.

Mate,

I would strongly suggest this, if you thinking of testing this robot, you need to atleast keep 1000 for each pair it trades. If you wanting to trade 7 pairs togather, you need to prepare 7 thousand on your initial deposit as minimum. I cant guarantee the safety of it either, but this case atleast it has more chances to survive.

If your broker wont allow you to trade with micro lot(0.01), you'll definitely get bad result as you continuously hit the margin call. If you wanna test the EA with the broker without micro lot, make sure you start the testing with 10k initial balance with leverage 1:200. Do not put it to trade multi currency pair on 1 account, but different currency pair with different account and see how compatiable it can work with other currency pair, I would strongly suggest you to create more platform and let them run 1 platform/currency pair/EA. Do not mix things up, then you'll see how different the currency pair behaviour will affect 1 EA.

The reason of you guys to testing this EA is to find out the optimize live trading environment. I already have this monster running on my live account with EURUSD only. It could have some other settings that can run with other currency pair, that can be more profitable. Seriously, there is no 1 universal setting/EA that can compatible with all the currency pair. The trading range are different. RB26DETT built based on EURUSD, I dont think it will work with GBPUSD in the long run. Please understand this and do the proper testing. Thanks

Regards

David
