5.6.3 has bugs in it. If you check the Dev thread which is stickied we have a list of stable versions for Phoenix. Previous stable version is 5.7.4. Current stable version is Phoenix 6 Released.

Because there are so many versions and settings going on i thought i would make a thread to put the latest profitable Phoenix EA and the best settings
Please post the most profitable Phoenix EA ready to use on Live accounts and the settings for each currency only forward testing results

Hello, does TS override TP. See my setting below, I have a TP set at +14 but had a trade close +35 pips (E_DelayTS=35). Not that I'm complaining I'm just trying to figure out these settings. What option controls MaxOpenOrders? Don't want it to open 100 orders all of a sudden.

are we able to use Breakevenafter pips ?

Do we need to load any indicators on the 15min chart? If so can someone attach one to their post...

I assume you are using using 5.7.4.

Breakevenafter pips - is only for mode 1.

Read the documentation - it will make it a lot easier.

The 5.7.4 documentation is located here.

Mode 1 is the best mode, no matter what the currency.

Mode 2 - don't go there.

Mode 3 can make money, even if it doesn't work exactly as intended.

1. After running several hours there is no trade entered. Is this because of the setting ?

2. Is the function to detect if the market is trending or ranging implemented ?
If so how is it be activated ?

3. Is the function to avoid trending market implemented ?

4. Is the function to avoid specific time frame, f.e. news event, implemented ? If so how is it activated ?
