Last days some anonymous organization named ForexPeaceArmy started black PR directed against our company. Due to this fact our company took the decision to start prosecution of people who hide behind the anonymous project forexpeacearmy.com

At the given moment we know that Russian trader Dmitry Chavrekov who is famous under the user name Felix Homogratus is connected with this project. According to some information he is avoiding the prosecution by changing his name.

After investigating this individual who hides behind the name Forex Peace Army by means of the Internet we discovered that the founder of Forex Peace Army Dmitry Chavrekov alias Felix Homogratus, was organizing investment projects on the false names. Now we have only those information which is available in the Internet, however due to the fact that fraud project ForexPeaceArmy provided on it’s resource deliberately false and negative articles about InstaForex Company we are preparing materials for the prosecution of these anonymous individuals hiding behind the project ForexPeaceArmy.

We ask everybody who has any information to help us starting prosecution of individuals from the ForexPeaceArmy project. We are interested in the following information:

I've spoken to FPA people regularly and I can say they are quite reasonable when investigating problems that people have with their brokers. Sure, there are some allegations against Felix on the net, but if you separate that and just concentrate on FPA as an independent service, they are a good thing both for traders and for the companies involved. When a claim in FPA is made against a company, they should be intelligent enough to use it as a source of good publicity.

If the company is seen to be concerned about the claim and sees it as an opportunity to fix a problem and make positive steps to avoid a repeat of the problem, it can be a good credibility boost for that company. Am I wrong?

Making counterclaims against FPA when all they are doing is pointing out a deficiency in your company is a case of poor judgment in my opinion. Making "Black PR" against your competitors may work in Russia, but in the rest of the world, it just gets slapped back in your face. If you want your company to succeed internationally, you need to focus on providing a better product than the others, not by spreading rumours and bogus claims against them in a sad attempt to divert attention from the real issues at hand.

I hope you understand that what I'm saying is not an attack against you. It is merely a personal observation and some (hopefully) helpful constructive criticism.

Why do you think that only in Russia works "Black PR"? You are completely wrong in this case. In most European countries and especially in USA it is widly spread as a mechanism not only to ruin other company but even other country.

The least we want is to do the ordinary business – which hundreds and thousands of other companies do. Every day we think on what we can do better than others and our main aim is to develop our services so that our clients will be completly satisfied with our work.
BUT we don't let anybody EVEN this FPA to spread rumours about our company.

From what I read on the FPA website, because of a few hundred dollars that you have cancelled the profits of 2 traders (and probably many more other traders over time) you have yourself done big damage to your company. You should stop blaming others and reconsider your business model and your actions and ask yourself this question:
- Was it all worth it to cancel these winning trades and take these 2 traders profits back? The answer is no it wasn't worth it and I hope you learn a valuable lesson from it all. Your actions created bad PR for your company and you may never recover the lost goodwill.
