again, philt was banned for 2 weeks because improper language and insults, plus too many infractions and reported posts.

I understand his claiming to make money using other people's property.

It was story as Igorad coded and posted indicator here Moving Average as gift for Orthodox Easter (for the members who are celebrating it - mostly Russians and Ukrainians - Igorad, Beluck and many many other members).
TheRumpledOne modified indicator a little here Moving Average and started to collect money to his personal pocket using Igorad's job for free (see his header)

I wanted to ban TheRumpledOne permanently from the forum.
