I seem to have the same problem like luckyking. I kept all settings unchanged. No trades are taking place and the calendar file I can't find back in experts/files. Do I have to place it there manually or how to connect to the calendar or does it get there by compiling? The Webget files are sitting in the supposed directories. What am I doing wrong?

does somebody have a newsfilter indicator (code) which could be added to an EA and which is working e.g. with forex-tsd.com newsreader or forexfactory.com newsreader?

I’ve read all your threat about FF Calendar for MT and I decide to use your indicator and Expert in my system and just to know ,I ‘d like to use this one for avoiding trade during News events and try to code my sys. But I’d like to know ,do you have any databases of News from past years?!! I mean if you have any Excel or CSV file as news database,it is very useful for back testing result and it helps to optimize my sys.I’ll be glad if you can send it to me my mate.

As to me so when I want to backtest the news events on the chart, or backtest NewsTrader EA so I am using v6 of the EA (i elite sectio) which is the reading the news events from text file. And in this case we can backtest the news events for every pairs by EA in normal way in strategy tester for example.

Is there anyone to help me?!!
Considering to these codes ,I’d like to avoid trading during news events, and I’ve tried to read from file like that attached here ,on the other hand, I’ve made a simple example for trade rule but I don’t know why my cycle ( For()….. )that I used here didn’t work correctly.
Further information is ,I’ve tried to test my problem and I’ve been noticed that its loop not work correctly ,I mean it reads file but when it should do something it does not work truly .?!?
Do u have any advice for me or u have another program to do that?!!

Hi, Is there an indicator that will just draw lines (with the currency name that the news is about on the top of it) 15 minute before any news?(red for important, orange for medium, yellow for low important news).

So that I will see on graphic that news are coming and will not open any order?
Is there something similar to this?

Is that somebody have use this kind of news indicator? MF_news or cyberkreatif news? this kind of indicator can view news inside metarader and can know when news start and end. i have this indicator,but after load error and hang.
SO hope some body can help or have other indicator for news can share.

MF_news or cyberkreatif_news are actually a modified version "FFCal"... you can search to get it in mq4 and ext...
