Haven't used them but from the code the XPro DD is using either open - close or moving average (34 by default) and shifting it forward,the overlay version is calling the DD version but only calling MA., probably Ruslan can answer questions about their use better than me
Or this (original by qwpr here Extrapolator - MQL4 Code Base) - I set it roughly to the starting period of the indicator on one of the pictures
If you do not want the first part to be drawn, just set the first color in color properties to none. And do not expect results as on the first picture all the time (extrapolation is not "one way street", try it with different last bar settings and you will quickly see what I mean - see the second and the third picture just as an example)
