If it's really that easy, I can do it for free. But I have much doubts about the indicator. If it shows arrows and only a few lines of code and based on iMA, sounds like another MA cross thing.

I think it would be wise to use ScriptLance for MQL4 programming (call it C++) to hire programmers through that system.
This way we can have fair transactions (started and completed only by buyer, canceled only by programmer) and we can also have feedback on programmers and buyers as well. Sounds good enough for me.

I have an indicator that works, but it needs adaptation: there currently is no set minimum and maximum, but it needs to range between -2 and 2. This needs to be done without changing the shape of the indicator (adapted vs. old one need to have the same shape).

There must be dozens of indicators that do not have fixed minimiums and maximiums - this is not because of incompetent programmers, it is because there is no earthly way of knowing when price will turn!

What you are looking to achieve (retain the 'shape') can only be done by 'repainting' - you will retain the shape but the exact values of each twist and turn of the signal will continually alter. So, what was a 'definite' +2 value you will find is now a +1.75 as price pushes even higher...
