It can not be easy because every coder is having coding style: one coder is coding martingale very good and the other coder not. Every coder is having programming specialization in forex programming.

And i think it will be many cases as the following:
- one person can say (with evidence) that coder #1 is bad one.
- the other person can say (with evidence as well) that same coder #1 is very very good.

And they both will be right because they are talking about different trading systems coded.

There is the other problem.
For example new member came to the forum. This new member will find educational material, free trading systems and so on. And he will want to personalize some trading system according to his trading style: he needs a coder.
Where is coder?
It is necessary sometimes to spent the months on the forum just to find someone. Because not all the coders are coding everything: every coder is having forex programming specialization.

Thus, almost very member of the forum (any forex forum) needs a coder.

Well.
How many forex coders? I am talking about real coders.
For example I can code but I am not a coder.
So, how many?
20 or 25 ... no more ... ok, 30, but no more than 30.
And it is all over the world.

So, the coders may have big potential market.
But no any market for them in direct meaning of this word. Does not exist.

If this thread will help with some ideas about how to create the market for the coders (market in phisical meaning) so it will be great.

Problem with this thread is they want to defame people, people who may be having difficulty in their personal life.............maybe some problem with health or with wife and marriage ...........so coder can not work focussed.

These people may sometimes do a 200 % job , so do you go and deduct the 100 % extra effort from coder?

So coder made 1 suggestion to client and client makes profit..........instead of losses as usual, but u go and defame coder when he make mistake

there are hundreds of mql coders.
post a message that you need EA made for money on any forum and you will get many contacts.
there is a market already. look at such websites as Rent A Coder: How Software Gets Done -- Home of the worlds' largest number of completed software projects, ScriptLance.com Custom Freelance Programming. Outsource Web Development Outsourcing, etc. there is no need to invent a wheel once more, you could make similar service on forex-tsd, specialized for forex programming.

coders can explain here their reasons and everyone sees what's on.
personally, i as one of coders, want to see other coders posting here their negative experience with clients, so i would be warned and stay away from such persons, thus having more time to do my work for other clients.

As many of you probably know, I provide custom programming service for several years now - Software solutions and custom programming - home
At first I worked this way - make and send compiled locked and expiration version to clients and after testing they paid me. With time I had more and more cases, when clients, seeing that EA for their systems does not produce profits, were "forgetting" to pay. This made me to change the policy and take some part of fee in advance, but the same stories were happening, they "forget" to pay the rest. No wonder, they could get the code decompiled for lesser money. But even now, I still encounter similar problems, as it is possible to claim a refund or chargeback from payment processor or bank.
I will post here some most annoying cases, so other programmers could see and avoid such clients.
I know, they can change names/emails/etc, but I'll post as much info as I have, so that changing identity would not be so easy for them.


Recently a person called Mr. Mohammed Walji contacted me urgently to buy my product EmailTradeSignals. He called and pushed me to send it to him urgently immediately after payment, even though it was almost midnight. I sent fully working product to him. In 10-15 minutes after that immediately he placed refund request on Plimus (after few emails I decided to not waste the time any more and refunded it). To me this looks as clear scam, even that he claims, that he don't need it and will not be using.

I am not sure what this thread can accomplish. I have been loitering on TSD for quite some time now and can recall multiple 'issues' regarding coding that suggest that there are "various shades of grey", so to speak. For instance, I remember member 'Maji' coding multiple EA's for another member for free, only to have the free-loader open up a thread to slate for being unable to make his lame strategies profitable. On the other hand, there is MrPip, who has been on the scene for several years, and is undeniably a professional programmer who produces really beautiful code. Though he has coded many free strategies in this time, I have yet to see one that as proven genuinely profitable, even though I have no doubt that many of the strategies are profitable when traded manually. So, would this make him eligible for a place on this thread - I hope not! The fact is that there is an infinitesimally small number of profitable strategies that readily lend themselves to being programmed in a straightforward manner - there are just far too many subilities in most profitable strategies that are very hard to even define, let alone program... All IMO of course...

I simple wanted to say that if coder knows C++ for example so it does no mean that he is forex coder. If the member used the coder who is not forex coder and who never posted on any forums and who is not well-known so it is the problem of the member.

Some people are positioning themselves as the coders but they never posted on any forums and they never coded anything for the forex for free.
Just 20 or 25 persons only are well-known and having good forex coding background.

If some member will complain about some coder and no one knows this coder so the first question which members will ask will be : "who is this coder".

I am not talking about our forum. I simple wanted to say that we do not need to promote some coders who does not want to be a part of forex community in public and you are right - there are hundrends of such coders.

Complains about coders which people know - that's fine. But it is not so many well-known coders.

If members will complain about unknown coders so it will look like promotion for them to be part of forex community but most of them even did not try to be in and do not want to.

You are well-known coder.
But there are a lot of other coders who were trying to sell something in commercial section (I did not moderate their threads so no one saw): they did not have even single post on any forums and no one person knows them and no any person can confirm that they are coders. They were saying to me that they are coders and I am saying to them that I am Napoleon Bonaparte and we both should believe in it because no one knows them. And you are right: there are hundrends of them. Some of them are real coders and some of them not.

It is no more than 20 well-known forex coders.
