I have an EA which could be very profitable with a simple modify. It has gotten 4,000-10,000% returns using high leverage grid trading managing multiple orders. BUT IT GETS TO A POINT WHERE I CANNOT MANAGE all the orders myself so lose the account trying to manually do what the EA lacks. I am looking to hire a programmer to write an EA I need someone in the New York area that I can meet and talk to in person because the Ea involves quit a few scenarios.
Hi everyone, I'm lookijng for someone willing to help create or modify an indicator for me. I've found a couple that are somewhat close but don't really do what I want. I've looked and played around with the code but I'm afraid I'm not up to the task of actually making this thing fly. It's pretty basic stuff, it's just I'm not able to do the actual coding. If interested, please let me know and we can go from there.
Here is my multi million dollar demo statement for an old EA that traded the EURGBP and EURCHF on the 1M charts 24/5. This demo account has only been running for seven days, and it started with $500.
It worked very well in live trading when the spreads were 1 pip or lower a year or so ago. But this EA is now obsolete, and the developer is nowhere to be found, so I don't have the source.
However, I've recently opened an account with thecollectivefx.com, and their spread is between 1.5 and 0.5 during many parts of the day for the EURGBP. If one of you could program this EA to take trades when the spread is less than 1.5, I really think you could breathe new life into it.
You might also consider adapting it to the USDJPY and EURUSD, which are frequently below 1 pip at thecollectivefx.com.
The attached chart is from my forex-swiss.com demo account which still offers a 1 pip spread in demo. As you all know, getting the same results live is not possible, but the demo account will really help you to understand this EA.

The spreads aren't the issue here... its the lot sizes. I notice in your attached statement, that lots can run into thousands. Your broker will probably run into liquidity issues (unless you are trading with a 1:1 leverage) or you would most likely run into equity problems. Even if broker liquidity or personal funds weren't an issue, you will effectively be trading against yourself at that kind of size as your broker will not be able to fill your order instantly with the full amount, because as soon as sizable money starts to enter the market at a certain price, the currency pair traded will move accordingly, thus you will never have the full amount traded at the price you initially wanted. To trade at those sizes, you would need to have the same execution speeds and equity as banking institutions... something that is just not possible with standard brokers.
You should also realise that you would be creating a manufactured market and once the bigger players catch on to this, your EA's strategy would be meaningless.
