It'll require a bit of work on your part but you can find the latest capitalization figures per broker at the CFTC's site - Financial Data for FCMs

then you can marry them up to the list of brokers at
MT4 Brokers - Metatrader Brokers

Usually people do not deal directly to FXLQ but to one of their IBs because FXLQ doesn't really have a real customer service (they never answered my mails for instance).
There are several IBs. I uses one (FastBrokers) but there are others. The minimum deposit for my Broker is $500.

FYI, some people don't want to deal with FXLQ because of its link with Robert Gray.

The largest is not always the safest.

I believe North Finance's millions are in the double figures at least that's what I've been told by someone who knows one of the managers.
