does anyone know a broker offering futures on MT4 platform, besides WinsdorDirect and OrionBrokers...

Take a look, www.northfinance.com not only futures but also metals (gold n silver)

I think it's different because they only offer CFD on futures,not traditional one.

thanx for ur help, i downloaded the demo but northfinance only offers futures indices... if anyone can find me broker offering futures currencies and metals, that wud be great...

you can check the Tradition group (www.traditiongroup.com) owner of FXDD (www.fxdd.com ) , might be MT base

Yes few MT brokers offers off exchange futures not traditional one .

Hi,

I'm looking for a broker making available the trading of stocks, index and commodities with a tool like metatrader. I would like to find a broker with possibly no commissions and providing a good charting interface with many indicators. I also would like the broker to allow the creation of a demo account.

I know that I'm not really at the right place to ask this question, but I hope you can help me.

You can try MetaStock, they have the MetaStock platform and the eSignal datafeed. The platform is expensive and depending on the instruments traded the feed can get expensive too. The good part is that Metastock programming language is quite user-friendly.
Another option is the Amibroker platform. It's quite affordable and will work with a number of datafeeds. Language is very versatile and is similar to MS.
Metatrader is exclusive to forex, I know of no non-forex brokers who provide free platforms and demo accounts.

The closest you can get to would be Water House Capital. The datafeed is as close as you can get to the market exchanges. Commission is a bit hefty on futures, indices, etc.. But if you have a good trading method, you may be able to handle it. Otherwise, get the demo for charting and trade with one of the regular US brokers to save some commission. Depending on your trade volume, you can save more commission if you get one of them exchange seats.

Concurrent with WHC charting, I also use Ninja Trader for their charting and order management with no platform fee. In due fairness to WHC, at least open a live account to trade their forex spot.
