I thought Gold was at just about any MT4 broker? Isn't Gold spot the same as XAU/USD since it's usually priced in USD anyway? Please educate me if I'm wrong

No spread in gold
Hi,
Someone know some of these questions below: 1) If have some broker that work with pip fracionary? example 0.1 , 0.5 pip etc (pipetes) 2) If have some broker that do not charge spread in gold, only comission ? Or if it charged spread, the spread value must be maximium 10 pips. 3) If have some broker that charge spread or comission only when the order is closed with profit? 4) If have a broker that work with crude oil ? I have access to mt4 platform with efxco broker I trade gold and I'm working about 10 hours a day what do you think I should do about having safe and profitable trade with this shortage in my time???
