No. They want all your money.
This is absolutely correct remark. Spread is nothing comparing with your balance amount. If you open only 1-several trades a day, for them, to get spread profit equivalent of your balance will take several years. This is why it is more profitable for them to put you down right now.

When you choose broker, make sure that they have a good reputation in NFA (if they are American company)
I use InterbankFX for about 6 months - no complains.

Yesterday InterbankFX made a new rule for demo accounts, which makes very difficult to test experts. It is better to use some one else, if you can't test on demo, don't trade on live account. And every time when you choose broker request all Paper work with staps and signatures.

Dear Demo Customer,

Due to the excess volume of demo accounts we are reinstating the Interbank FX Trader 4 demo lifecycle term of 20 days. This will help us maintain a stable demo trading environment.

Any demo account older than 20 days will automatically expire however you are welcome to open another demo by choosing File > New Account at any time.

If you would like to save a demos account history, please go to the Trade Terminal > Account History tab. Right click, choose all history. Once the history appears, right click and choose Save as Report. Your history will be saved as an HTML file.

Thank you for your continued support,

The Interbank FX Team
They made a wrong step, as Alpari deletes only those accounts which did not have trades for last 3 months. These guys have chosen easy life ignoring customer needs ….

Good to hear that they changed their decision and made wise decision ...

Dear Demo Customer,

Due to the overwhelming response we received from this announcement we are working on alternate solutions regarding the demo account lifecycle. We will not be making any changes to the demo accounts at this time.

As before, any demo account that has had no opening, closing or modifying of trades for 20 days or more will automatically expire however we will not be automatically retiring your demo accounts if they are active.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very valued and obviously influences our business decisions.

Best of luck with your trading,

The Interbank FX Team

I've been trading live with IBFX for almost 2 years now. So far so good. One thing that I don't like from IBFX is that they sometimes (not to mention in the news release times) widen the spread as if they're hunting for nearest S/L or avoiding the nearest T/P.

I am also trading live with FXDD. It's been 9 months now. Their zero margin policy when you do hedge trading is a good thing to consider.

Talking

Yeh IBFX been sending me wires for quite some time, they never seem to complain about this, most brokers don't like paying people money, they dont seem to mind.
Although I have periods where I get angry at them for there spread reasons, and start sending them messages about things there mother may or may not have done, they don't seem to like this but still let me have accounts.
I wish I could just connect MT4 to there bank lol bank of the west but yer need a few hundred of grands to do this.
