There are too many documents bureau-crazy in live account opening of many retail forex brokers. Clients should submit and fax many privacy documents from passport, billilng, bank accounts credit card etc although clients themselves could not see forex brokers company legal documents and its personnels/director's face and many resides in cyprus/british virgin islands/latvia where is the grey area of legality (offshore land). I think these bureau-crazy should be cut as these retail forex brokers do not represent big bank/establish financial brokers or offline forex house, why should require such tedious documents registration blah blah just to accept micro lot or mini lot trading. As we could not see their office/building and personnels/directors, why should we submit our privacy documents to them ? What if the client does not have passport or credit card etc. The most crazy bureaucracy is FXDD, too many pdf files should be read signed and faxed in the name of its insane blah blah act, wasting fax cost fee for clients.

Probably in the future it would be better just like betonmarkets/marketiva/easy-forex or forex virtual trading games, simple in registration but always commit in payment/withdrawal, no need to waste money and energy to print pdf documents, fax etc. What a tedious jobs just to submit your money to unseen brokers across the oceans. The funny thing is you give them money but they ask you to work like unpaid office secretary, read, fill all the forms then print, sign and then fax the pdf files with your own money.

If anybody knows MT4 brokers which have simple registration process (whether regulated or not which dont guarantee will not bankrupt ) please list here. Thanks.

From my experience, opening an account with several forex brokers is quite easy. I'm not even have to fax them anything. Just scan everything they request and email it (except for Swiss based broker)

As for FXDD, I know they only need 4 pages of scanned document, your driving lisence, one ID with photo, Customer Agreement page 16, and tax form. And I already did this many times for my IB client without any problem.

One little question about marketiva. Since you found them very much simple in registration, why are you looking for other broker ? Can you just trust them for your investment ? If you don't feel comfortable with any foreign broker, maybe you should consider using local ones.

That could only be done if you have scanner, me and most of the traders dont need and dont have scanner. I like marketiva registration process not its platform, and I dont like local brokers' spread. I think that all online retail brokers should treat mini lot trading and micro lot trading or all unregulated trading margin under $3,000 as forex virtual game or forex virtual training so dont have to be complicated in registration and spending/withdrawal as this small lot is impossible in real forex trading world which needs at least 0.1 mio ($100 k) so pls dont recommend fxdd as I dont like all of its blah2 documents requirements and complicated wire transfer stuff which waste my time/energy to go to the bank also waste wire transfer fee.

For me to submit your money to unknown brokers across the ocean should not be complicated because you give them money to to be slaughtered in the end (most of first time online traders will loss finally due to many problems beside forex TA). Actually the reverse should be true where the brokers should display or fax us their company's ID and personnels/directors passport before getting our money so if they run off we can trace them. If anybody still know brokers which is simple in registration and use MT4 pls let me know. Yesterday I saw liteforex.org had what I need although its leverage only have 1:100. About Oanda seems to have simple registration too because they said they are forex game but its platforms is awful. If oneday betonmarkets, marketiva, oanda, and easy-forex use MT4 I will be glad to hear it.

Yes the registration is easy but the activation is the same complicated and takes time and energy too to print, scan, fotocopy or fax documents blah blah. What about those who does not have scanner and passport/expired. Here what is required by NF for activation :

LOL, client or traders could not see brokers office and its CS/personnels/directors face/name/id/passport and their bank statement but is required to do so. If they want our money and want us to send documents pls scan/show/display completely all of their companies documents from forex/futures regulated licence, its building/office pictures, and its personnels/cs/managers/directors face and id/telp bill/passports/bank accounts too. Hope those top online retail forex brokers (FXDD,NF,Neuimex,IB,liteforex,realtrade,etc) not run by 1 teenager kid on his apartment.
