That does sound weird.
I remember when I was filling out my application I did email them a question in english and they answered back. I would just leave out the stuff you don't feel comfortable with. They were very easy that way for me when I opened my account.

Most brokers ask for this information.

they ask for your bank account #? None of my futures brokers or equities brokers have ever asked for more than the name and address of the savings bank I have an account with.

Anyways, like Poocher says its probably not required. WHC isn't a rtegulated broker anyways. Their registered in the Carribean not London or even Moscow.

In case of a withdrawal they need your swift code anyhow.

usually they dont ask ur act bank numbers till u want to withdraw it...

There Demo was good for free chart feed and testing systems but its not anymore they have started pausing the feed so its not real time.Id be happy to use them with real money but it would seem I couldn't trust them.I need to make my own MT4 with E-signal feed for charts and histo data and execute the trades through my broker.This is the only final solution.

I agree about the freezing - this only started about 1-2 months ago, up till then I used to generate my mini-dow signals with it. As a result, I have switched to Aleccohfx's feed (still unfiltered).

Regarding eSignal, I had that for a few years but decided it was a waste of money - way overpriced imo! I always went for the cheapest eSignal option which limited the number of securities I had access to, which I always found a real bummer. And it still was well over $500 per annum. Ripoff! Especially when I found that InteractiveBrokers feed seemed every bit as good, with practically no restrictions and all for free.

eSignal is a 'standard' though for most charting programs...

Alecchoh fx must be good. They're not taking any new accounts until Feb. when they'll have more servers;

Probably people have been signing up in droves based on reviews in the likes of forexbastards or forexpeacearmy - I know I did!

But ask yourself, if they are so good, why did they pull their scalping service when traders started making money? Why do they guarantee 'no slippage' but blame the customer for not setting enough slippage when their orders weren't filled? Explain the following if Aleccohfx doesn't filter feeds:

first 200 pips on me , the rest , we will share

Better yet, read Aleccoh's explanation....

All of this stuff is available in his thread but it would appear that people find it easier to take the rhetoric at face value and send their hard-earned cash to a complete stranger, rather than first doing some thorough research, before deciding...

That said, I still have a small account with them, just waiting to see what the new feed is like...
