Finex Group just came out with new multi account manager for their IB's.
It allows you to trade EA on many accounts at the same time.
Many other features too for the manual trader.
I was really impressed. just email them at info@finex.com
I am not sure if they have demo of this yet. I have requested a demo but none so far. If all of us request it maybe we can convince them.

If you are using the Multiterminal supplied by MetaQuotes then you must first create users in MetaTrader downloaded from MetaQuotes. Once user have been created write down their Logins and passwords and open MultiTerminal. Now create a new account and use the logins and passwords that that you wrote down. Once connected you can start trading. hope this helps
