FiboGroup's RFQ

Hi, I am quite a baby in this arena therefore I need some input from you guys. I saw on the fibogroup website where they claimed that there would be no RFQ (Request for Quote). When I asked the CS, he said that all orders would be accepted using the price shown on your terminal. I think this is overrated or I am concluding his explanation wrongfully.
If this is true, then I assume there would be no requote when we placed an order.
Do you guys have anything to add up? Thanks in advance.
