Anyone knows how northfinance reacts to news? Slippage? spreads? I am currently compiling data about brokers to add to my website http://www.myfxreport.com so to conculde the best broker

Strange.. I have news in my platform. Maybe you they dont deliver them on demo accounts, but deliver them on real ones

i sent a $2000 wire to north finance on th wensday the 28th of march.
and was told 3-5 working days (which is long for a wire).
now on wensday april 4th (today) it is still not credited to my account.after contacting them i was told to email a copy of the SWIFT reciept, which i did. and was told it was forwarded to the financial dept and is under investigation
now at 8:30 pm i ask for an update and was told that they have not recieved it as of yet. and it may take longer that 5 working days when the transfer comes from the U.S.-- has anyone had this problem with them?
i have never seen a transfer take this long !!!

I just signed up with northfinance a few weeks ago, I wired money on this past monday and on tuesday it was in my account ready to go. I however, did a wire transfer overseas about a month ago to someone else and that did take OVER 5 days, it took like 6 or 7. I was worried like you, but give it a couple more days, if nothing, you can go to your bank and request a tracking which will find out where it went and where the money is. I told them I would wait a couple more days because that does cost money to go through with that, but its an option.

But just letting you know, I just wire'd money this monday and its in my account as of now. I'm in the US too.

I funded one of my accounts though IBFX with a visa card and it took 20 min to show on my account , maybe it was less, but I am sure it was not more than 20 min... maybe because I am an old client

I had a similar experience - it took them over 2 weeks to credit my account!
