Thank you.

All I am saying is this: WHAT IF for some reason a position made by you will result in a loss. A loss which is MORE than your position. And WHAT IF, in that situation a broker will not be able to stop that loss at the amount of your deposit (for whatever reason), and again, you end up in a loss, but since your deposit is small (and lost already), the broker will be in "minus". Will be be able to charge you for his loss?

And that exactly what SHOULD be specified in the agreement between you and any broker you wanna deal with. And that part I can't find in the NorthFinance agreement. Thus I asked the question above.

Cheers,
Diam0nd

P.S. Darak', I will answer later on.

I wonder why they didn't liquidate the positions before the account went negative, since that is their stated policy. I also wonder if this is a credible referral since you have a financial interest in the company.

I don't think the concern is "when I deposit more will they take some as fees" but rather "do I need to deposit more?"

So I am really wanting to get more info on the egold for withdrawals and any other deposits (hopefully wont need the deposits LOL)

Anyway, can you explain the egold?

Do I send money to one of the egold merchants then purchase the gold thru the merchant, then transfer the gold to NF? Or is there a way to just send the money thru egold, not using merchant, straight to NF?

If need to buy gold first thru merchant, do you have a recommendation on one of the merchants as far as cheapest if you are wanting to send several grand?

It looks like the egold fees are small, but it looked to me like I couldnt just send the money thru egold, but rather had to buy gold from one of thier merchants, which all SEEMED to have simular fees to wire/credit card etc.

Am I missing something and it is a lot cheaper than it seemed to be?

Thanks for any info,
Brenda

Yep, I agree some banks' charges are huge! Better to use E-Gold.
This system is actually pretty easy, you send just money not gold, and those money are worth of some amount of gold... so you dont actually buy gold, you can read more here:
http://www.e-gold.com/unsecure/qanda.html

But the main advantage is that it is much MORE faster that wire!

Hope this help!

Get Real - and protect your money from thieves liars and cheats

Realize that the Russian business world is still controlled by criminals. Even if it were a legitimate operation it would soon be taken over by the Russian Mafia.
It is real easy to put money in - but it is like feeding sharks - very difficult to take it out again and still have all your fingers left.
Do yourself a favour and stay on the shore.

And a final word - don't be so dumb as to put money anywhere it is not REGULATED if you want recourse when you can't get it back!

Sounds like a guy trying to sell his c.r.a.p. They should ban these panhandlers from the thread. The Russions are probably the only people you are safe from when it comes to taxes.

Who said???

1. Did you actually call NF thefts and liars?? Well u r supposed to be who, to say that? Did you tried their services?

2. Before giving any advises, please clarify who you are, and tell us the proof of anything bad related to NF. Personally I will be surprised if u could find anybody to whom they didn't pay... SHOW ME/US PROOF!!!

3. As far as i know russian mafia is the best after sicilian LOL so dont say that, coz they will find u anyway LOL

4. Currently they are in process of regulation in the EU... The whole point of regulation, is not actually in the regulation itself, but in the trust to the firm... They are operating since 2001(read on their website) and I never heard/read that they didnt pay...

Cheers

I have an account of several thousand on NF an 500 leverage from many months ago, I am in USA and till now everything is ok so far

I have account with IBX also and NF have fixed spread most of the time, not variable like IBX, good execution time, not slippage (although I am not a news trader and I can't talk about trading on news time)

They have too many pairs and CF to trade, IBX not

My wire transfer withdrawal come in 3 days after I request it online in the personal cabinet, not withdrawal fax like IBX.

IBX charge $25 for each withdrawal
NF nothing but you have a bank cost due international transfer
My last withdrawal of about 5k cost me about $50, but it depend of your bank

I requested 500 leverage only to test if they are able to give it, and they did without problem, but I don't use it anyway, I am careful with my money management.

The downside ? yes they have something bad, not everything can be perfect.

The swap, on negative swap they charge about 2 to 3 times the swap they pay on positives ones, and the positive swap are fairly lower in comparison with IBX. That's the only negative side they have, but it depend in your trading style, if your like to keep overnight open trades on the negative swap or not.

I don't know if they are running by the mafia or not but I didn't had any problem with my money, that's enough for me.
