min lot to trade from 0.1 to 0.01
after 6 mins support contact me and my account allow 0.01 lot !!!

Sometimes it is important to close an EA for a little while. I have one that works very well except for extreme news. I turn it off on NFP news and leave it off for a while. Turns out if it had been on, it would have lost. I have been working with Derk who wrote FFCal on a News Avoidance System and it mostly works, but there are a few more things to add to it and one pending bug to fix.

When I tried calling FXDD's 866 and 212 support numbers today, I got directed to a call center which explained they were handling the calls on FXDD behalf. Granted it is Friday evening but I'm curious if this has been the case that they shut down their phone support from Friday until Sunday afternoon?

I remember previously in the past it wasn't like this, anyone have experience with trying to get a hold of them on weekends?

I have a demo with FXDd and have been trying a EA. I also have it on 3 other platforms. Tonight i saw my trades dissapear. I was in a loss of $100 then in the blink of a eye i was down 1K and the orders were closed. There was no record of this in the journal so i logged into there live chat to ask some questions...

Glen: Hi..i opened a demo account and 1 have 25K to invest..but i was watching your platform and the orders i was in just vanished and a 1K loss was recorded on the account balance. I looked in the journal and it showed no information relating to this closed trades. Iam running Interbank and ActivTrades platform as well and they show when trades are closed. Yours does as well but on this time it showed nothing. So my question is iam now worried that if i open a live account this will happen there also. On the internet forums people complain about companies deleting trades with no record..Does FXDD do this as i have just seen it.

English Support: I am not aware of trades just vanishing without record.

Glen: so why then did the demo account go from a loss of $100 to a loss of 1K in a blink of the eye..with no journal record recorded

Glen: Interbank and Activ are in the exact trades and still am in them

After 1 hours and no responce i took it that they weren't there.
So my Question is Has Metatrader platform and the brokers who use it been setup to scam peoples money. There are numerous posts of lost trades, orders not excuted, freezing ect..all over multiple forums with all types of brokers.
Can anybody say any of them are trustworthy or should i open a account away from metatrader platform and go with a bank.
It does seem like FXDD arent who i want to trade with..

I called them to open an account , I mentioned that I have a grid setup that place 200-300 orders. they said this will flood thier server so they can't allow this type of trading

Yes..i also have a grid..thats probally why it happened. I have been running it on 19 pairs to take a small nett gain. It has been doing really good for a long time before this happened. ActivTraders, interbank and ForexTE seem to not mind you running one.

what the conclusion right now?...the last month FXDD has announce that,they has reg under NFA....which is good broker?...interbank or FXDD?
