When you get old enough still someone can nowdays surprize you in this business. I think this one did. These charts are taken from their real platform. I walked over 170 different charts they do offer mainly NYSE & Nasdaq related and they all are full of crab so are the rest.
At least do not even consider to use any EA or pattern & indicator trading with them because itīs worse than these charts shows because they have completely mad & bad ticks which doesnīt even show in the charts. I have indicator which finds them, if you use microscope you will see them also. These are only the chartīs where they shows up. Between the 170 charts 3 of them had not errors.
Reported this twice for their technical customer support center didnīt bring even any kind of reply via e-mail. However, they account manager (=sales peoble) mentioned for me that they will fix them but I donīt believe before I see it specially after technicians didnīt bother even to comment.
Yes, they do have 700 products listed and they all are crab with no use of any serious trader.
Interesting that someone is even considering to offer this kind of tick quality nowdays. The good news is this might be only MT4 brokers offering full range of NDX-100 stocks meaning Nasdaq biggest techīs out there, the bad news is that those charts are not real.
Attatched examples are IBM and Juniper charts, but I have even lot more worse than this via their MT4.
Yes, unfortunately all charts are basically full of crab. Canīt use them, those examples are not even most worse examples.
And, still their technical support has not responded anything at all - full silence even I did cc. their head-dealer. Perhaps they should download ticks via yahoo free service, even that have better quality
Weīll see did this leave just a sales department promise to fix them. I count 10/100 as odd that they will fix anything at all. 90/100 odds for that it stay as it is.
The worst things are not actually these charts where you can see those errors, the worst oneīs are the one where you cannot see them; thereīs random ticks which doesnīt show in the charts, completely out of the range. Some of them hits even zero.
Well, I have been trading their CFDs for about 2 months and this problem raised to me too...
But then they resolved it and now I am enjoying trading with fast execution.
Aslo, to my mind, these bad tickets appear to be only during openning...
They havenīt resolve anything, they need better quality datavendor provider - thatīs the issue, paying for a buck brings you only this kind of quality. This is certainly not individual customer & desktop issue.
