this broker used to have good communication with clients, but from last Friday the live chat has been offline, and emails went unanswered, wondering if any one has any info about them.

I got an email reply from them yesterday - out of office replies were on was simply an Easter holiday til 22nd. No need to panic !!

It seems that you're a live user, what're the spreads for EURUSD and USDJPY?

How long does it take to withdraw?

I had my doubts with them due to the Cyprus location but I did a test on them, very efficient, within 2 working days.. their phone answering skills good but emailanswering really needs improving. Makes me wonder if they have only a small outfit ran by a few guys, anyone visited them before in Cyrpus?

Especially they always claim they're "Swiss" forex company, that's really suspicious...

But still, it seems that they're already in business since 2006, that's really a big plus.

They seem reliable to me for the couple of months I have been using them with a live real account. Spreads are 2 pips on the EURUSD - if anyone wants more info on my experience with them PM me, all I ask in return is if you sign up to use my name as a reference for introducing you, it costs you nothing.

So.. what about this brokerage firm,.... still no news?

I just open an account, want to fund the account but when i read this thread, i just hold till now.

May be among friends, has any experience with Tadawul, instead of the IB's, please share.....

Hi All...

I have been with them for the past 3 years and had no issues so far.

Maybe the no communication was because of the holidays they had in Cyprus recently.

As for me.. i have no issues whatsoever...

Frankly 2006 to 2009 is nothing.

1896 to 2009 is solid (not quite gold yet, another 100 years would do it),
1956 to 2009 is something to be recommended,
1986 to 2009 is barely a whisper.

"2006" is like talking to a child, that has been at school for 3 years.
"1956" has long since left University and been in the real world long enough to know how things SHOULD work.

Look at the history of any of the best Stockbroking firms that have passed through several generations of the same family (not your smart Alec N.Y. Wall street "wide boys", some who have now been arrested or gone bust), and you will see why they survive, as do their clients that rely on them and who know that they can trust them.
