I am getting slow connection speeds on my live account with tadawulfx. I did try to contact customer support but no response last 24 hours. Is there a special live account IP address with better connection speeds. I only have two connections at the moment. One is called Live and the other GCC Live. Anyone have inputs on this issue?
I´m a forex trader from 2003 I tried many companies, the most famous companies which you cannt run away from theres ads on internet you will find them every where talking about high speed meta trader no commissions , scalping , no slippage, and all the perfect conditions which the traders are always looking for it , and after signing up a live account you will find that they promised you in heaven but you are in the hell, too much reqouts, manipulating spreads , slippage from 10 to 300 spreads and many other mass destruction weapons.
In 2007 i saw tadawulfx, and they wrote exactly like some other brokers, No commissions , no slippage, scalping , EA systems . from the first sight i was realy laughing because i see always such this words, I installed the demo and it was amazing then i said trying will cost me nothing , i signed for live account and there was the big surprise, the live account is axactly like the demo and they was honest in every word they said it .
after 1 year as a trader with this professional team, I asked them to be IB for them and they was happy for that.
Now after 18 month as an IB, I have almost 150 clients and they are really satisfied.
For any forex trader who are looking for honest and very clear people to work with them i can say for you that you will not find better than them .
I saw some 2 or 3 users was saying that they are with tadawulfx and they are facing problem with support, if you need any help from any kind you can contact me on my email obied_ziad@hotmail.com you will find me always to answer you .

i was so happy and the best thing the very good execution they have BUT i remember when i and my friend Doubled our accounts... accounts switched to the Dealers...Order execution take 5sec up to 40 sec to be executed !
we talked with Ramzy he said that coz you from egypt so orders maybe take time

This year Tadawul FX updated all the servers and recently they was connecting theres new API FEED to better serve theres customers and especially EAs.
Tadawul today is not like yesterday , everyday new updates and going better just to prove that forex market have his masters.

Anyone had experienced to trade in mini size account in tadawulfx? Could you kindly give me your comments?
I am considering to open an live account and review other forum about its comments. But it seems quite a lot fake comments, I don't know why. But I only trust the comments from here.
I just setup a mini account with Tadawful FX and the pip spread on all 4 of the Majors are 1 pip extra compared to their advertised spreads on their website, so EU is 3 pips, UCHF is 3 pips, GU is 4 pips and UJPY is 3 pips.
I emailed them and they said that on standard accounts the pip spread is as advertised but mini accounts there is 1 pip extra only on the majors but the cross pairs are as advertised.
Has anyone else setup a mini account with the same 1 pip extra spreads?

I've been running a demo account with them for about 2 month's now. They are not an NFA broker and some of my trading styles conflict with the NFA Rules.
I haven't set up and account with them yet, but, after reading this thread, I think I'm going to. I'll try to start it with at least $500.00 and see where it goes from there.
Thanks to everyone who posted and help me make up my mind...
Trading on a demo account is very different to a live account. I had the live account with TadawulFX and was using it for FapTurbo and Megadroid. I lost money because of a large number of requotes which forced my two EAs into losses. My complaints were ignored. I have traded live with variety of MT4 brokers and can say that TadawulFX was the worst. I definitely don’t recommend Tadawul for scalping.
