To Open an Order takes 1-2 seconds... but it's different!!! I can say 95% of the time 1-2 seconds.

In the event of Trader employing the Scalping techniques, Trader agrees and acknowledges that FXM Financial inc. may in FXM Financial inc. sole discretion take one or more, or any portion of, the following actions:
(i) close Trader's account;
(ii) suspend Trader's account for an indefinite period of time;
(iii) carry out an investigation on Trader's account for an indefinite period of time;
(iv) charge a penalty fee to Trader in the same or greater amount of money that resulted from Trader using Scalping techniques.

So, what is your opinion on running scalping EA there then?

I asked at live chat how they define scalping. They did not know (!) and told me to ask the support by email.
I wrote twice an email, but never get an answer.
So you can guess how support will react if there are any problems...
I decided not to give them any money.

That FXM broker is different from Marketmaker FXCM!

So will FXMtrade.com charge me a penalty fee for scalping?
Beside, I have so many requotes either during the asian time, and during the europe market time. 65% is requotes, speciallt when I want to close the order, 70% is requote.

reqouta coz they execution is slow ?
if so how many seconds?

I have an account, this company....It is very-very bad company no support, and scalping not allowed, and the company has 2 servers to live account, but the server speed is slow!!!! one contract about 7-10 seconds!!!!!
