Open an account Metatrader has already been approved and funded, the data was passed to me, but I can not get on the platform, "Invalid Account" contact was made with the open support tickets and so far no one solve my problem !!

Hi All,
On MB MT4 Demo.
I am trying to get my breakout ea up. It works on other brokers MT4s.
I have bypassed the "It might be a hedge" madness by placing each leg when it is within n pip proximity of the trip price. Removing the other side first if it is there. Well at least that is the plan. However I am using a magic number to identify my ea orders. My magic number however is returned as zero on all my orders. There are a lot of orders too. My ea finds zero as the magic number so it assumes there are no orders and continues to add more. I have printed out the magic number and it is there when the order is placed. It appears as if it flies off into the ether at the MB end.
If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. I contacted MB but they responded with "we do not support ea's". Which is fair enough. Doesn't help me find the magic number though.

My recommendation while awaiting prospective replies is to review the release notes for our version of MT4 in comparison to generic MT4's (MB Trading - Stocks Options Futures Forex Online Discount Trading). In addition I would also consult with the developer and see if the differences between MT4's can attribute to the malfunction because if it works with other brokers MT4 I'm likely to assume the adjustments we've had to make to accommodate our ECN order entry are the cause. Personally, I ran into another individual today losing these magic numbers when their EA converted limit orders into live positions and if you'll contact me directly (r.lovett@mbtrading.com) I'll inform you as to what I dig up with this other client.

While I wait for some more feedback from MB. If anyone is running an EA with MB, on the live platform, please answer these questions.
1/ If you are running a value for slippage are you getting the correct fills? I am getting filled at market on stop orders with slippage set to zero. However this is on the demo. I should be filled the same as a stop-limit on Nav.
2/ Is your connection staying up?
3/ Had any trouble with "Off Quotes" Errors for no apparent reason?
4/ Any other problems or notes to report????
YES I have read the release notes more than 5 times. The only mention of orders relates to market orders not stop orders. The rest is the obvious bucket shop settings are turned off info.
5 PM EST maintenance is the only time we are down during the day and is usually for 4-7 minutes. This is a crucial point in the day for us and our liquidity providers. All trades are cleared out at this time, we do a full system check and allow our providers to settle out their transactions with one another. We continue to make this maintenance period as efficient as possible, but it still must be done.
How does anyone trade live with MT4 on MBT?
For example, today I tried to close some demo open trades on EURGBP and all I get is "off quotes" messages - see screenshots attached. Basically, MBT won't let me close the open trades, even though its on a demo account...
What I can say, is that if this was a real account this would be drive me crazy. Has anyone else had this experience or is it just me?

Here has been my problem with the demo:
It seems like much of the time it's not even connected to their server. They'll have to resolve these demo situations before I would consider sending them my money for a live account.
