i have been dealing with Windsor for under a year and they are great! They offer Mini accounts which are a great way to test the way they work as you get all the same services as you do with bigger accounts. i think their customer service is excellent, i was a beginner and went with them after a recommendation and i am really happy with the responses i got, as a beginner i needed constant assistance and their live chat customer service tool was constantly on my screen.
Well I can tell you why many wont be using them.They have an about the company on there page. Windsor is an independent market maker and principal broker offering clients access to Foreign Exchange Markets covering major world currencies, Stock Indices including Nasdaq, Dow Jones and S&P 500 as well as Precious Metals , Futures (OTC) , CFDs and other commodities that are quoted on major world exchanges.
I think that should explain WHY no one would use them.
They just take your money, trade it against you make you lose.
They are not a real broker.Even there futures are unregulated cfd's.
Because if they were regulated they couldn't steal from people.
Windsor does not cliam to be something they are not, they clearly show that tehy trade financial instruments that offer CFD's. they are regulated in the UK by FSA, Cyprus by CySec, authorised by BAFin and members of the invest comp fund... steal from you seems harsh to me, for a company that does not do anything different from what they actually offer trades on.
