I see your website still displays FFMS certificates despite FFMS having nothing to do with forex. And your company is actively misrepresenting itself to clients by claiming you are licensed and regulated by the Russian FFMS. Don't deny it. I have it in an email direct from one of your management in a company email.

I guess your lack of English skills explains the fact that you are evasive on the regulation and licensing question, and that you are totally clueless as to what an ECN broker is? Or are you just bad liars?

I still remember how you and me refuted their ECN claim on their official forum.
This was 1 step closer to their true status and proved publically.
If you scroll through this Forex-Tsd thread, you will not be able to hold your laugh. They were not able to reply to simple questions like "Instaforex dealing desk or no dealing desk?".
There staff said that no member in their team is able to interpret this question.

I seriously wish anybody in Russia should open an arbitration on them and get these idiots heavily penalized. They are not going to accept it any other way.
I will try my best to do something from here, but since I am outside Russia, my domain is very limited. Lets see. At least I will give a call to FFMS on Monday!

We are not going to deny this. Yes, our site has the page about licences. But as you know, FFMS regulates financial markets in Russian Federation. And one of the members of InstaForex Companies group was obtained the licence on stock brokarage from FFMS. Is there said this licence permits Forex activity? No, it is not. For your information, there is no body regulating Forex in Russia. If it is, we of course will be granted the licence.

What is ECN? Google gives us the next defenition:

You will not be able to make a joke from this! It was our internal business with our local IB from Indonesia. The person under the nickname "jef_wenk" was our introducing broker, he tried to cheat the company and was annoying all our staff with his calls and via icq. And after we started ignoring him he came to write at forums. All you have "printscreened" is our policy in communicating with this man, no more.
You should better make a scroll through your own posts. Your behaving line, the way you named attached files and all your foul expressions are more shameful.
