let me give some comments about your account and withdraw. You have deposited money via Liberty Reserve and ordered withdraw via Webmoney. Your withdraw was recharged into account next working day after withdraw order - monday, 12:48 AM.

Below you can see statement of your account where you can see comment of rejecting your withdraw. Please do not use trading account for exchange one e-payment system money to other e-currency. If you have deposited via Liberty Reserve then this money can be withdraw from account via Liberty Reserve only. It is only reason why your withdraw was declined.

I am glad to notify that PayPal withdraw method is able since tomorrow.

Depositing via PayPal is still not able.

But there are such ways to deposit/withdraw money into account:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment
- Webmoney, e-Bullion, Liberty Reserve

I would also ask all traders who got any problems while working with trading account in InstaForex: please feel free to contact our support. It is the way to fix any mistakes ocurred while working on account. Our 24/5 support team is allways glad to help you and answer any questions.

i have attached snapshot of all deposit and withdrawal history.

using WMZ :
total deposit : $22
total withdrawal : $4
total i deserve to withdraw using WMZ : $22-$4=$18 (only if my balance is enough)

using LR :
total deposit : $5
total withdrawal : $0
total i deserve to withdraw using LR : $5-$0=$5 (only if my balance is enough)

so i think i DESERVE to withdraw $7.57 using WMZ, as you can see above. and you declined my withdrawal $7.57, and you excused that it was an exchange? what a shame. learn how to use calculator. do not fool your clients.

Your balance before you have deposited via Liberty Reserve was less than 7.57 USD. It mean your WMZ balance was less than 7.57 USD.

Then you have depsoited via Liberty Reserve 5 USD and ordered withdraw on 7.57 to Webmoney. You should order withdraw on 5 USD to Liberty Reserve and 2.57 to Webmoney only.

Please do not use trading account as exchange point between different e-payment sytems. You can use account for trading on Forex only, not for exchange money from one e-payment system to other. And a sum of your operation does not matter: financial department can not allow exchange from Liberty Reserve 5 USD as 50000 USD.

Follow simple anti-exchange rules and you will never have any refunds of money to trading account. What you can do now I have written above: you should just order withdraw to Liberty Reserve on 5 USD and withdraw to Webmoney to 2.57 USD.

Do not search problems where they have not place.

well, i have ordered withdraw to Liberty Reserve 5 USD and withdraw to Webmoney to 2.57 USD on monday 4th of august, but until now 7th of august, there is still no payment from you. LOL

Hm, in our financial department I have got information that your payments were refunded into account as exchange attempts. I see that it is error and have passed information to financial department. For this mistake your account was funded on 3.8 USD (50% of withdraw sum) as compensation.

Please request your withdraw again.

Dear sirs,

I would to give remarks about situation with e-Bullion payment system. Until August, 5 2008 InstaTrade Corporation has received money from this payment system. Now we have got situation when traders have made deposit via e-Bullion can not withdraw money because their actives were lost with e-Bullion account of InstaTrade Corporation.

InstaForex is considering all resposibility for finance equity of clients even this actives were deposited via e-Bullion and lost for our company after e-Bullion downfalling.

I am authorized to declare "SAFE PERIOD" for accounts were deposited via e-Bullion. This period will be last 90 days until November, 11 2008. After this moment every holder of account who has make deposited via e-Bullion will be able to withdraw 50% of this sum via Liberty Reserve. Any moment of "SAFE PERIOD" client will be able to withdraw full amount on the account via e-Gold.

Making this announcement InstaForex provide security for finance actives for all traders independent of outside factors.

Glad to see instaforex provides moneybookers deposit now. Something you don't see very often but the best way to pay safely to which you can ACTUALLY tie your debit/credit card to instead of having to wire transfer (e-bullion) or deal with unscrupulous exchangers (e-gold).
