Who said to you they are regulated by NFA or FSA?
They are a BVI company located in Russia. When I ask customer support, they say "As we are in Russia so , we are regulated by , hmm.. ( pause ) RUSSIAN LAWS ( she says with a great honour ) "
I was the fool to get into the trap of low spreads and good affiliate. It's not difficult to earn from forex, but it's near to impossible to save your money when you know broker is trading against you.

At last Disaster happened due to Instaforex Technical problems. Refund requested now!
I am IB for instaforex.
I have been in trading my client's fund for last 13 months. I have over 2 years of experience.
Because of multiterminal interface problem with my earlier broker, I shifted few of my clients account with Instaforex.
I was bearing their 2,4 , 10 even 15 pip requotes and still managing to survive with it.
However, what has happened yesterday has simply ripped apart my ass.
Around 17:00 instaforex time, they had some technical problem and there was downtime.
All my accounts became marginally profitable and I was about to close my positions at that time.
Because of this server problem, I was not able to access the accounts at all.
Later I contacted their support and they said that it's their technical problem and the losses due to their technical problem will be restored.
When I was able to access the accounts, they suffered margin calls.
Total losses I suffered because of this problem is $4928.08
I have already submitted the detailed summary of this problem to Instaforex and waiting for their reply.
Since both Alexey and Ekaterina have already accepted that their WAS a technical problem from their side, it leaves no room for ambiguity or misunderstanding.

that's quite a loss. you should definitely get a refund. after all, it was the technical problem. let us know how that goes.
