Dear George Cotton, as you have written your first payment was refunded on your PayPal account, other payments can be sent as soon as PayPal will cancel limits from PayPal account of InstaForex. Our staffs are solving this issue with PayPal managers.
However you will receive other part of your payment (74$ from 124$) even PayPal system will not cancel limit for creating payment of InstaForex PayPal acccount. Now you can withdraw this low sum 74$ via any other payment system or you can wait before the situation with PayPal account will not be solved. Please let me know about your deciding.
Please be notified also that your account was credited on 50 USD (additional for other sums) as compensation for your waiting. We are very sorry for this delays appeared to be after getting limit to our PayPal account. You can see this money on your trading account - it can be withdrawed without any restrictions via any payment system.
I am still waiting for your deciding about other sum from your account - would you wait for answer form PayPal regarding our account status or you will withdraw this money via other payment method (in this case it will be re-charged on your trading account so you can request new withdrawing).

I talked to support a few days ago and giving them the dates of transactions and ammounts and they told me that it had been forwarded to the financial department.
If possible could that 74$ be returned to my trading account for live trading as logging into instatrader shows a balance of 0$. So I can trade with my money while waiting for paypal troubles to be resolved.

Your information was passed to financial department. On monday after office starts working part of sum - 74 USD will be charged back into account. Please take in account that you can use any other payment method for withdraw - in this case it will not acts as exchange because delays with PayPal account withdrawals was appeared by reason of PayPal system.

last week, i did a withdrawal progress, and today 28th of july, i checked my metatrader4 account history, it said that you had paid me on 26th of july 2008, and then after i checked my WMZ account number which is Z315983278141, i saw there is no payment from you, i did double check in balance and also in wmz history.
in my mt4 history, i saw that my withdrawal number is 1071.
my instaforex account number is 13183
my withdrawal amount is 7.57
i know, it's very small amount of money, but how can we trust instaforex with large amount of money, if you cheat on this just small money???

please check it again, and please do the payment soon.
