First you name ticket orders, then you say you can not see them. First you say you opened these three orders before the lag, then you say you could not open them because of the lag, then you say they were opened after the lag! So where is the truth?
The truth is that you opened orders 5405257, 5477909 and 5488881 after the lag. Lag didn't affect them! So according Public offer agreement we will not delete these orders.

I requested to delete my 3 sell orders, because I couldn't close them because of the lagg placed on 2009.02.19. 2 days later you said you won't delete the other 3 sell orders (5328418, 5333433, 5334250) but 6 hours later you DELETED them!
Meanwhile I opened those 5405257, 5477909, 548888 buy orders to protect my margin! You said you won't closed them, then you did! SO you changed your opinion, not me... just you do not want to realize that... just think about is and check it, I said the truth!

my friend deposited into his trading account 1st time on:
2008.07.13 by egold USD499.
by 2009.01.27 he lost USD430.64, his account balance was USD68.36
he deposit again on:
2009.02.04 USD400 through/by local IB
account balance became USD468.36
he made profit:
by 2009.04.7 his account became USD600.55
he never claim for bonus on deposit.
today he requested for withdrawal through local IB, there seems to be a problem because of the balance of egold deposit which was USD68.36 (after he lost initially USD430.64)
the question is, how much will Insta be willing to pay for his withdrawal through local IB?

You are writing this thread without even contacting finance department of InstaForex. Forum is not the place where you can solve the problem quickly. You had to wait untill one of the representative answers you.
Anyway regarding this question you will get full amount of your balance. There was nothing to write about. Just contact Finance department.

I want to fund my account with visa card (50 USD) in micro account. But I want to be sure :
1. What is your security policies concerning Visa Debit card transfer ?
2. All broker accepting Visa have a certain policies for withdraw, we already talk about moneybooker here, but I want to know after how long could I withdraw my profit (how many lot maybe) if I fund by visa card ?
3. What will appear in my monthly statement transaction : gambling or purchasing ?
At the given moment technical problems with orders’ execution may take place. This situation exists due to technical failures with server. Technical department does everything to eliminate this problem. Now we conduct a dialogue with the server provider, located in USA, and programmer of the software for coordination of actions in order to find out the reason of failures and methods to eliminate it in future. The work of trading server will be restored.
