IFX register with any regulator body like NFA, CFTC, FSA etc ? If not, why ?

Beware with off shore brokers !!!

Any trustfully FX brokers must register with NFA, CFTC, FSA ...!

No problem. Open accounts for your customers then send a letter to eng.partners@instaforex.com that your customers would like you to manage these accounts.

I open account for my customers in my name ? or they do it with their name ?

I don't see you have account managed program for IB, do you have LPOA for account manager ?

How many % of profits can I charge the customers ?

Do you accept 3rd party payment ?

It does not matter. They can open accounts for theirselves and give you all the passwords or you can register accounts on your name and trade for them.

No, I did not mean that. I meant there is no big difference. You can choose for yourself how to register accounts.

If we are talking about managed accounts your investor should pay you, not we.
But if you mean partnership program you can learn about this here.
